My Zager has top quality features and materials that are found only on more expensive guitars. I am very well satisfied with it. Grover enclosed tuning gears Solid spruce top... Not Laminated
Onboard electric tuner
Mahogany back and sides
Hand carved Custom Nut & Saddle
Abalone Rosette
The finish is excellent and it has been modified by Mr. Zagers 'String Science' that truely does make it easier to play for long periods. I find Nothing Wrong with this guitar!

My ZAD 50CE has great sound, bright, full and rich. It sounds great without an amp. I think the sound is this guitars finest quality. It sounds almost as good as my dads pre-war Martin did when I was a kid. |

As I have said, the finish is excellent, and I haven't seen any flaws. However, it isn't perfect like a $3000 guitar with real pearl
inlay and gold tuning gears......
But I wanted something I could play and carry around, not a museum piece that would require a armed guard or bank vault. Mr. Zagers 'String Science' is a great set-up. My guitar was almost in perfect tune when I recieved it after it traveling half way across the United States and being bumped around on a UPS truck. The string action is smooth and responsive.

My ZAD50 CE is a guitar that will last. It is of very good quality, and good materials. Every part of this guitar is solid. It's a lifetime guitar and friend.

I haven't had to have any warranty work done so I can't attest to how good it would be. It does have a lifetime warranty, and I can't think of any other guitar that offers this.
Also, if you try the guitar and don't like it, you can return it for your full purchase price back 'plus shiping'. So, I knew I couldn't loose by trying it..... and I'm very glad I did. Also, Denny Zager Jr. has been very helpfull and friendly with any questions or support that I have requested.

I played many years ago on my dads pre-war Martin when I was just a kid learning, then when I got on my own, I went through many cheap acoustics & electrics.... that were almost impossible to play or learn on. This Zager is like a friend, If something happened to it, I'd have to buy another one. The only reason I don't give it a 10 in any category is because.... Nothing Is Perfect! I'm 57 years old and have had an avid interest in music since I was 12 when as I said I would pick on my dads Pre-war Martin. I highly recommend the Zager guitars to anyone!

I've recently received my new Zager ZAD-50 OM, orchestra model acoustic guitar and I'll have to say that I almost didn't order it, due to a few bad reviews that I had read. What a mistake I would have made, not ordering this great guitar! I ordered it, received it and I'm totally excited about it. The sound is by far better than other guitars that I currently own. It's a great sounding guitar with a nice rich tone. The frets for me, are just right and there's no buzzing or noise anywhere along the fret board. Great sound!

The action is wonderful and again, the setup is perfect for me! I've had guitars in the past that I wouldn't play and ending up selling, just because it was too much trouble and if I played them very long, I experienced too much pain in my hands. The woodgrain on the top is perfectly done! The finish on this particular instrument was flawless! When I first opened it up, I just sat there and looked at it! It's beautifully done! That just makes ya feel good! |

This guitar seems to be built extremely well. I've got others that simply don't seem as solid. The finish seems so nice and so flawless, it should be very easy to keep it that way. Let's face it, we do have to polish 'em now & then! The strap stud is nice and solid and Grover tuners are awesome. The nut, bridge and saddle are solid and well done!

Zager Guitars customer service is second to none! Believe me, before I make a purchase, I ask questions! I emailed Denny Jr. numerous times and I always received a knowledgeable answer to any question that I could shoot his way! I also called in to Zager and I couldn't believe how professional and courteous they treated me. I look forward to many years of high expectations from Zager Guitar and I have no doubt they will handle any problems quickly! That's another thing this guitar has a 100% maney back guarantee! What more can I say?

Well, I played many years ago, about 35 years ago to be exact. Too busy with the career! I'm now retired and wanted to begin learning again. I'm so happy that I found the Zager guitar company and took my time and did my homework, before making a purchase, that I might have been sorry for from other makers. I love the way this guitar feels and handles and it going to make this so much easier! I would certainly recommend this guitar or any from Zager for that matter. If my guitar ever gets lost or stolen, I'd order another one from Zager Guitar in a heartbeat!

I bought my Zager guitar about a week ago and have played it many times since. the manufacturer claimed his guitar is top quality and would play easier.
He did not exagerate, it is a quality instrument and now I am playing chords, well, that I could not with my other guitar. The materials used to construct the Zager are beautiful, and I especially like the fresh aroma of the new wood inside the soundhole. An added bonus is the tuner installed on the body,
I used it right away and have never tuned a guitar with such speed. For the same money I could have bought any of the bigger name brands, like Martin, Johnson, Gibson and others. Indeed I did try all those brands of guitars, just a month or so ago. I made the right choice by buying a Zager.

My Zager suits itself well to my music style. I especially like fingerpicking. I have not tried the electric part of the guitar because I do not have an amp. One quality of my guitar that was noticable immediately is the full and bright sound, including the sustain that it has.

Everything on my guitar is quality and I have no doubt that if used professionally it would hold up. If performing would I carry a backup? I believe I would with any guitar.

The relations I have had with the company that sold my guitar have been good. The warrenty is 100%, but I did not buy the guitar for the warrenty, I bought it because I felt confident that the guitar was good. |

I have been playing the guitar since 1970. If stolen I would but a Zager guitar again. I love that I have finally bought a quality guitar. I think the tuner is a good feature for me. As stated, there were other guitars I tried, Martin, gibson, Taylor, Alvaraz, Ovation and others. I spent a lot of time at Guitar City trying out guitars. I chose the Zager because they did a good job convincing me their guitars are good. I guess the warrenty did come into play too. If the guitar did not measure up, the option to send it back was reassuring.
